The vacuum
unit consists of the following
main components :
*
Our design is based on three elements
Operational stability, space saving,
maintenance friendly
No foaming and temperature increase on
waste
* Two
vacuum pumps, liquid ring type bronze
impeller of the same capacity
* Three vacuum pressostats (two for pump
operation one for safety margin)
* One
vacuum manometer
* Vacuum
tank made from SS316, serves also
for pump Para flu reservoir It can be made
according to ship requirements, as a
compact
unit itself or as integrated holding tank
with
requested volume. Typical tank diameters
are
60, 80 & 95 cms with heights up to 1,5
metre
but other dimensions can also be
manufactured according to ships
requirements.
